Cead Mile Fáilte

A True Public House Experience

A Bloomington Tradition Since 1882 | 1982

The locally owned Irish Lion Restaurant & Pub offers a true taste of Ireland. Where friends & family gather to dine on traditional Irish spirits & fare — seafood, steaks, lamb, Dublin pub stews, and pub grub.

A restored historic 1882 vintage brick tavern, with cast iron columns, stained glass windows, an original Brunswick back bar, Civil War vintage front bar, 1900's mahogany & 1915 oak back bars, it will be sure to remind you of the Victorian pubs in the old country.

For the whisk{e}y connoisseur, an extensive collection of single malt scotch whiskies, Irish whiskeys, and American Rye & Bourbons. Full bar, classic & 1800s cocktails, wine list, and pouring the finest Irish & European imports on draught. Sláinte (cheers)!
